Patrick, Kelly and Stephanie formed the team I used in a recent home purchase. They brought expertise, responsiveness, and knowledge to someone who was new to the area from out of state. I especially interacted with Kelly who was responsive and enthusiastic in all the looking we did — and we looked at a lot of houses! The market moved fast for what I was interested in and we had to look very quickly as the listings appeared. Kelly made herself available as quickly as needed so we did manage to see many things early. We finally settled on a property that was a short sale. Despite being warned that it was a long process and one that often failed to go through, I wanted to make it work as the location was a good one for us. Kelly and Patrick managed to make it work. I have to commend them for getting it accomplished with multiple lenders. It took lots of patience and persistence. We love the house after our work and enjoy the neighborhood.
