As retirees, we decided to sell our house in Boulder and “downsize” with a more suitable floor plan in Lafayette. We listed with the Dolan team in May and closed in mid November. The house (20 years old) had one major deficiency, a small back yard, but was otherwise in good shape. Patrick and his team did a great job with de-cluttering and staging advice, open houses, point of sale material, and a strong advertising campaign. Eventually “the right family” appeared at an open house and Patrick put together a complex deal in a few days. Communication from the office to an elderly couple requiring a lot of hand holding was excellent. We would certainly recommend the Dolan team to anyone buying or selling in this area.
