“George and I were lucky that we decided to ask Patrick Dolan to look at our house and tell us how he would sell it. Patrick was on time for the meeting, looking very professional and proceeded to tell us how he proceeds with a plan to sell our house. He asked us questions, talked about real estate in our area then said he would do some research and we would talk again. By the time Patrick came with a plan we had confidence he would be the right person for us. We were not disappointed, one of his employees came over to make some suggestions for showing the house, we left for Florida for 3 months and the rest is history. He and his team were so wonderful, after we accepted an offer they helped with every detail in a way that I did not think about the fact that we were so far away. Problems were solved easily and we had a good contract. It was a pleasure to work with Patrick and his crew!”
