We selected Patrick to list our home based on the recommendation of our neighbor, a retired Realtor. His office staff is outstanding and even though we were on vacation when the offer came in they managed to keep us informed and get the contract signed. Most importantly, our home was involved in the 2013 flood in Longmont. Patrick recommended a contractor who responded immediately and minimized the damage, and we were able to renegotiate and complete the sale a few weeks late. This was a very stressful time for all involved and even though he was dealing with flooding at his home and other properties, he immediately personally responded to our texts and calls.
